Hi, I’m Kalei — the founder of Wildroot Strategies and a lifelong learner, strategist, and storyteller at heart. Before launching Wildroot, I spent years in the corporate world, designing award-winning training programs in the staffing industry, building systems that not only taught but truly connected with people.

After becoming a mom and moving back to my hometown, I felt a shift. I wanted to create something for me-something rooted in creativity, flexibility, and impact. Wildroot Strategies was born from that desire: to blend my love for thoughtful design, meaningful communication, and results-driven strategy to support the kind of businesses that make communities feel like home.
